Enders game was originally published as text fiction and adapted into the graphic novel style by Christopher Yost, and Pasqual Ferry. Ender's Game graphic novel is a perfect representation of the original text, told through a visual representation. The graphic novel creates a less dense option to an adult fiction novel that can be enjoyed without needing to be a 'big reader'.
Ender Wiggins is recruited into a fleet of child warriors, training to fight for their home planet. As Ender trains he begins to show extraordinary potential, he rises throught the ranks, and hopes that the training doesnt get him killed. As he grows, he realises that his connection with himself, and humanity as a whole is minimal, as he struggles to connect with something more than the brutal scheme he's been in for most of his life.
With its thought provoking tone, and world-building story, the Ender's Game graphic novel is the perfect addition to aid readers to take the leap into more adult literature.
